1. problems and solutions of safety valve
function: when the pressure in the storage tank exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve, the main safety valve will jump to release the pressure in the storage tank, so as to protect the storage tank from damage doer to excessive pressure.
common faults: the safety valve does not return to its seat and leaks.
resolvent:
(1) pour warm water on the valve body of the exhaust safety valve until the ice or frost on the valve body completely melts. gently tap the surface of the valve body with a wooden stick. if the exhaust phenomenon disappears, it indicates that the internal spring of the valve body has been returned, the safety valve is normal, and the storage tank can continue to be used;
(2) if the fault cannot be eliminated according to method 1, remove the obstacles around the storage tank, keep the ventilation effect good (there shall be no open fire around), close all valves, unscrew the spherical joint of the pressure return pipe of the vent stop valve with a wrench, open the vent valve, discharge the pressure of the storage tank to 0mpa, and then replace the damaged safety valve（ (recommended to be replaced under the guidance of professionals)
★ note: when replacing the safety valve, release the pressure of the storage tank to 0mpa, and wear anti freezing gloves and other safety protection.
