1. during daily use, operators shall frequently check the connection and sealing of relevant valves of low-temperature storage tank and pipeline. if any leakage point is found, it shall be handled immediately to ensure no leakage.
2. in case of leakage in the gasification station, an isolation area shall be set immediately. vehicles, kindling materials and miscellaneous personnel shall not enter the leakage area, and the storage tank valves and relevant pipeline valves shall be closed quickly to cut off the gas source of combustible gas. if the valves are frozen and cannot be closed, they shall be poured with water immediately and then closed.
3. in case of leakage and fire accident at the gas point, quickly close the upstream pipeline valve according to the above leakage accident method, and put out the fire with a dry powder fire extinguisher, and report to 119 immediately.
