how much do you know about the outer cylinder head of the tank?


external cylinder head of storage tank:


1. provide outsourcing cylinder head processing drawings.


2. the blanking size of the head shall meet the requirements of the spinning head factory.


3. marking, blanking, cutting, groove processing (6 mm blunt edge, 35 degree groove) of head plate, manual spot welding on the back (welding rod 507).


4. submerged arc welding, welding wire h10mn2, flux 431. the back is protected by longitudinal flux pad, the back is cleaned by carbon arc air gouging and polished to metallic luster by angle grinding wheel, and the back is welded by submerged arc welding.


5. according to the requirements of the drawing, spin the seal, and process the groove as required. after spinning the head, conduct 100% radiographic inspection on the weld, and the grade iii is qualified.


6. the right head shall be marked and the connecting pipe shall be opened. the opening position shall be away from the weld and the distance shall not be less than 100 mm. the groove shall be polished with grinding wheel and grinding head.


7. assemble welding joint, transition seat and vacuum pipe.


8. the left and right heads are the final closing weld of the outer cylinder. the head and the liner plate are assembled, the argon arc welding is spot welding, the liner plate and the head side gas shielded welding is intermittent welding, the welding is 100 broken 80, the lining plate and the head groove are welded by argon arc welding.


9. the inner surface of the head shall be sandblasted one day before the assembly of the inner and outer cylinders, and the outer surface shall be coated with a layer of antirust paint after rust removal. painting is not allowed on the inside.

1) wide plate and long plate shall be selected as far as possible for the outer cylinder to reduce the weld length


2) the diagonal tolerance of cylinder plate must be confirmed before cutting. when the deviation is too large, the plate edge should be cut twice.


3) cylinder plate blanking, cutting, edge planing (groove), groove processing (6 mm blunt edge, 30 degree groove). the inner groove is selected for the longitudinal seam of cylinder.


4) cylinder plate connection plate assembly, manual spot welding, submerged arc welding on groove surface, carbon arc air gouging on the back and grinding wheel to produce metallic luster, submerged arc welding on the back.


5) before the drum, the tooling at both ends of the cylinder shall be headed, and the size shall be confirmed according to the sample.


6) the forming dimension must be confirmed by template when rolling.


7) after the cylinder is rolled up to be qualified, the manual welding shall be conducted.


8) install the longitudinal seam support fixture of the outer cylinder, and the installation position of the support fixture shall ensure that it can be welded.


9) the longitudinal seam of cylinder section is welded by submerged arc welding. the back side is air gouged by carbon arc and polished by grinding wheel to produce metallic luster. the back side is submerged arc welded.


10) both ends of the cylinder are equipped with the outer cylinder circumferential welding support mould, and the lead screw is used to adjust the cylinder roundness to achieve the best. remove the longitudinal weld support fixture.


1.6.2. cylinder assembly


1) first group 3 cylinder sections to ensure that the long arm submerged arc welding machine can weld.


2) use the cylinder assembly tooling to assemble the cylinder section, and the outer side is fixed by manual welding.


3) the inner side is submerged arc welded, the outer side is carbon arc gouged and polished with grinding wheel, and the outer side is submerged arc welded.


4) after welding, 3 to 4 circumferential weld support fixtures can be removed, but both ends of the circumferential weld support fixture must be retained.


5) in the future, each group can weld one section of cylinder or two sections of cylinder, provided that long arm submerged arc welding can be carried out.


6) by analogy, the final cylinder body is said to maintain 6 circumferential welding support fixture.


7) the surface of all welds shall be ground, and 20% of the welds shall be qualified for grade iii radiographic inspection.


8) after the flaw detection is qualified, the reinforcing ring is assembled, the mixed gas shielded welding is used to fix the spot, the mixed gas shielded welding is used to weld, the intermittent welding is used to weld 100, and the 80 is broken.


9) cylinder marking, nozzle opening, the opening position should avoid the weld, the distance should not be less than 100 mm, grinding groove with grinding wheel and grinding head, assembling explosion-proof device nozzle and perlite filling tooling, manual arc welding, manual welding, welding wire h10mn2.


10) the inner surface of the outer cylinder must be sandblasted before assembly.


11) assemble and weld the lifting lug of the transverse tension belt, and assemble the transverse tension belt.


12) group welding explosion-proof device, group welding perlite filling hole, group welding transverse connecting process hole.
