the storage tank is 20000m ³ the lng liquid is stored in the inner tank (main container) and the outer tank (secondary container) is used to hold the evaporated gas and cold insulation materials. in case of inner tank leakage, part of lng liquid is effectively stored by outer tank hot angle protection system.
the inner and outer tanks are flat bottomed and cylindrical metal tanks. the top of the inner tank is suspended in the support structure of the outer tank vault by suspenders. the outer tank vault is spherical and the top support structure is ribbed ring grid. the foundation of lng storage tank adopts concrete elevated platform structure.
the equipment consists of the inner and outer tank body, the arch top tank cover, the inner suspended ceiling, the thermal angle protection layer, the internal and external piping system of the supporting tank, the emptying system, the submersible pump drainage system, the bottom insulation layer (including foam glass brick), the top and the annular sandwich insulation layer, the main operation platform of the tank top, the safety relief platform, the outer walkway platform, the inner tank straight ladder, the emergency escape ladder, valve and instrument electrical, winding ladder, electrostatic grounding, etc.
