equipment advantages: using water as heat transfer medium, it has strong heat exchange capacity, can operate continuously for a long time, and the outlet temperature is low. working principle: the principle is that the shell side uses water as the heat medium to heat the low-temperature medium in the tube side. steam heated water bath vaporizer introduces heat into the shell side through high-temperature steam, maintains the water temperature in the shell side at 60 ~ 80 ℃, and then transfers energy through hot water to vaporize the low-temperature medium in the tube side and reheat it to the gas at the design temperature.
