safe use characteristics of cryogenic storage tank
as a storage container often used in the industry, large atmospheric low-temperature liquid storage tank must have standardized service conditions and environment in operation due to its characteristics of cryogenic, large volume and heavy weight:
1. gas replacement treatment
before the first use of low-temperature storage tank, gas replacement treatment must be carried out, and nitrogen shall be used to purge and replace the air in the pipeline and storage tank.
2. voltage stabilization and troubleshooting
open the supercharger input valve to increase the pressure in the low-temperature storage tank. in case of emergency, open the gas discharge valve for pressure relief. in the working state, once the storage tank is overpressured, it can be relieved through the safety valve and bursting disc.
3. measurement
according to the reading of the liquid level gauge and referring to the liquid level comparison table, the actual loading volume of the storage tank can be read out; the working pressure of the storage tank can be read out according to the pressure gauge; in case of abnormal pressure rise of low-temperature storage tank during tank maintenance or operation, the vacuum degree of interlayer can be measured through vacuum thermocouple gauge.
