common vaporizers include air temperature vaporizer and water bath vaporizer. some air temperature vaporizers cannot meet their vaporization capacity. at this time, water bath vaporizers need to be used.
the water bath gasifier uses the hot water in the shell side to heat and gasify the low-temperature gas immersed in the internal winding pipe, so that the outlet gas temperature can meet the needs of users. the product can be divided into the following categories according to the heating mode:
1. electric heating water bath gasifier (heater) the product uses efficient electric heating elements to heat the water in the shell side, so as to achieve heat exchange with the low-temperature gas in the winding pipe.
2. steam water bath gasifier (heater) this product uses steam as the heat source to heat and gasify the low-temperature gas in the tube side, so as to meet the needs of users.
3. hot water circulating water bath gasifier (heater) this product directly uses surplus hot water to heat and gasify low-temperature gas.
